Love Equals Obedience

If you Love Me, keep My commandments. John 14:15

Basically to paraphrase here, if you Love God you will be obedient, keep his commandments, and do what he has called you to do.

God never told men in the bible to do something they could do on their own. We obey Him out of Love, but we also must be faithful in believing with God all things are possible.

Jesus said we are to obey the commands of God, not argue, wrestle, barter, beg, or make a deal with him. Are you fussing or arguing with God about any aspect of your relationship with him today?

If we require God reveal something 4 different ways to that he as prompted us to do, we don't have a Love relationship with him. What is God calling you to do today? Who is God calling you to help today? Where is God calling you to go share the Gospel today? Loves=Obedience. If we say we Love God, we must be obedient in following the commands He has for us.

Prayer: Ask God to forgive you when you have not been obedient and for strength to be obedient.
